Brownies of the Mint Variety

(1) Make brownies from a mix. Two boxes' worth will fit in a 9 x 13 pan.

(2) Once brownies are cool, mix up mint glaze and spread on.

Mint glaze:

2 cups confectioner's sugar; 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened but not runny; 1 tablespoon water; 1/2 teaspoon mint extract; 3 drops green food coloring.

Put ingredients in bowl, mash until smooth. Once ingredients have blended and glaze is mashed smooth, spread on cool brownies, as evenly as you can get it.

(3) Spread on chocolate topping.

Chocolate topping:

Put 6 tablespoons butter or margarine and 1 cup chocolate chips in bowl. Melt in microwave for about 1-1.5 minutes. Stir chocolate until smooth. Spread on frosted brownies.
